You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including course videos, materials, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning within the tier you purchased.
The course teaches strategies and methods, but results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific income, views, subscriber counts, or other outcomes. Nothing in the course constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate these terms. If your access ends, you lose access to the course content and member areas.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. You may not assign this contract without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
